Manage Product Shipping In The Admin Platform

Learn how to use the Admin Platform shipping page to search orders, filter shipments, update shipping status, copy shipping addresses, and open shipment details.

This guide explains how to use the Shipping page in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

  • review physical product shipments
  • search shipping records by order, customer, or product
  • filter shipments by delivery type or location
  • switch between shipping-status views
  • update the status of one shipment or many shipments
  • copy a shipping address
  • open a shipment for more detail

Open The Shipping Page

To open the shipping overview:

  1. Go to Management > Products > Shipping.

This page is used to track and update fulfillment for physical product orders.

Understand The Shipping Page

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows:

  • the Shipping title
  • the number of matching results
  • a Selected mode toggle
  • a search-field selector
  • a search box
  • a filter panel

Below that, OpenMirai shows status tabs and a shipping table.

Use this page when you need to monitor shipments and update their progress.

Search Shipping Records

Use the search area when you want to find a specific shipment quickly.

The search-field selector lets you choose what to search by:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Product Name

After choosing a search field, enter your search text in the search box.

This is useful when:

  • you know the order reference
  • you need to find a shipment for one customer
  • you want to check where a specific product order stands

Filter Shipping Records

Use the filter panel to narrow the list further.

The current filter options include:

  • Type
  • Place

Type options include:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup

Place options include:

  • In Country
  • Foreign

Use these filters when you want to review only one kind of shipment.

Use The Shipping Status Tabs

OpenMirai shows status tabs above the table so you can switch between shipment groups.

The current status tabs are:

  • To Ship
  • Shipping
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Use these tabs when you want to focus on one stage of the shipping process at a time.

Understand How Shipment Rows Are Grouped

Each shipment appears as a grouped record.

The top row of the group shows:

  • a checkbox
  • the Receipt ID
  • an action menu

Below that, the detail row shows the shipment content, including:

  • product image and product name
  • quantity
  • order date
  • total amount
  • shipping method and address
  • current shipping status

This layout helps you review the shipment summary and its line items together.

Open A Shipment

Select the shipment detail row to open that shipment’s detail page.

Use the detail page when you need more complete information before updating or reviewing the order.

Copy A Shipping Address

Each shipment row includes a copy button next to the shipping address.

Use this when you need to paste the address into:

  • a courier system
  • an external label tool
  • an internal operations message

OpenMirai copies the shipping name and address together.

Update One Shipment Status

Use the action menu in a shipment’s top row when you want to update that shipment only.

The available status actions are:

  • Set to Shipping
  • Set to Completed
  • Set to Cancelled

Use these actions to keep shipment progress accurate as the order moves through fulfillment.

Turn On Selected Mode

Use the Selected toggle when you want to work with more than one shipment at a time.

In selected mode, you can:

  • select multiple shipments with checkboxes
  • open the bulk action menu
  • update the status for several shipments together

This is useful when you process a batch of shipments in one step.

Update Several Shipments At Once

When shipments are selected, OpenMirai can show bulk status actions such as:

  • Set to Shipping
  • Set to Completed
  • Set to Cancelled

Use bulk updates carefully so that all selected shipments move to the correct status.

Understand Shipping Status Badges

Each shipment shows a status badge in the table.

Use the badge to confirm the shipment’s current stage before you change it.

This is especially helpful when you are reviewing a mixed list of new, active, completed, and cancelled shipments.

If No Shipping Records Are Found

If the current view shows no results, one of these is usually true:

  • no physical product shipments exist yet
  • your search does not match any records
  • the current status tab does not contain matching shipments
  • your type or place filters are too narrow

Try changing the current tab or clearing the search and filters to broaden the results.
