Understand The Create Page
The subscription creation page includes:
- a back button
- a section list for easier navigation
- a save bar
- an About section
- a Pricing section
- a Features section
- a Content section
Use this page when you want to build the full subscription plan before publishing or editing it later.
Use The Save Bar
The save bar lets you create the subscription after you finish the form.
After saving successfully, OpenMirai returns you to the subscription list.
Important detail:
- you cannot create a subscription plan until at least one item has been added
Add The Plan Name
In the About section, enter the plan name.
Use a clear, recognizable name so admins and learners can tell this subscription apart from other plans.
Add The Plan Description
Use the description editor to explain what the subscription offers.
This description should help users understand the main value of the plan at a glance.
The create page includes a character count to help you keep the description concise.
Set The Monthly Price
In the Pricing section, enter the monthly subscription price.
OpenMirai shows the price in your organization currency.
Use this field to define the amount learners will pay per month.
Review The Estimated Net Price
After you enter the monthly price, OpenMirai shows an estimated net amount.
This estimate helps you understand roughly what remains after the platform’s Stripe fee is applied.
Use it as a planning guide when deciding on the subscription price.
Understand The Price Warning
The pricing section includes a warning that the price cannot be changed after the subscription plan is created.
Review the amount carefully before saving.
Add Plan Features
The Features section lets you add short feature points for the subscription plan.
Use this section to highlight what makes the plan valuable, such as:
- the type of content included
- who the plan is best for
- key benefits of joining the plan
Reorder Plan Features
OpenMirai lets you reorder the feature list.
Use this when you want the most important points to appear first.
Add Or Remove Feature Rows
Use Add more feature to insert another feature row.
You can also remove individual feature rows if a point is no longer needed.
Important detail:
- the plan must include at least one feature
- the current limit is six features
Use The Content Section
The Content section is where you choose what the subscription includes.
Use Add Items to open the content selection dialog.
This dialog lets you pick from:
- courses
- bundles
- products
Add Included Items
Inside the Add Items dialog, OpenMirai lets you:
- switch between item tabs
- search for items
- filter the list
- select one or more items
- apply the selection to the plan
Use this step to define what learners receive when they subscribe.
Understand Item Eligibility
The create flow applies rules to what can be added:
- only subscription-eligible bundles are available
- only digital products are available
This means physical products are not part of the subscription create flow.
Review Selected Courses Bundles And Products
After you add items, OpenMirai shows separate lists for the selected:
- courses
- products
- bundles
Use these lists to confirm that the subscription contains the right content before saving.
Remove An Item Before Saving
Each selected item includes a Remove action.
Use it when you want to take a course, bundle, or product out of the plan before creating it.
This is useful when:
- you selected the wrong item
- the plan should be simpler
- you are comparing different content combinations
If No Items Are Selected
When no items have been added yet, OpenMirai shows an empty state in the Content section.
If you try to save without any selected items, OpenMirai shows an error telling you to add at least one item first.
If A Field Needs Attention
If required information is missing or invalid, OpenMirai shows validation feedback in the affected field.
Common examples include:
- missing plan name
- missing description
- missing monthly price
- empty feature rows
- no content selected
Review the highlighted field, correct it, and save again.
If You Leave Before Saving
If you try to leave the page before finishing, OpenMirai can warn you about unsaved changes.
Use this warning as a reminder to save first if you want to keep your work.
