Manage Bundles In The Admin Platform

Learn how to use the Admin Platform bundle list to search bundles, filter results, use selected mode for bulk actions, open bundle actions, and move into bundle creation or editing.

This guide explains how to use the Bundles page in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

  • search the bundle catalog
  • filter the bundle list
  • review bundle information at a glance
  • hide, unhide, edit, or delete bundles
  • create a new bundle
  • manage several bundles at the same time

Open The Bundle List

To open the main bundle list:

  1. Go to Management > Bundles.

This page gives admins a catalog-level view of bundle offerings.

Understand The Bundle List Page

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows:

  • the Bundles title
  • the number of matching results
  • a Selected mode toggle
  • a search box
  • a Create button
  • a filter panel

Below that, OpenMirai shows a list of bundle cards.

Use this page when you want to review or manage many bundles from one place.

Search Bundles

Use the search box to find a bundle by name.

This is helpful when:

  • your bundle catalog contains many items
  • you only remember part of the bundle name
  • you want to open one bundle quickly

Filter The Bundle List

Use the filter panel to narrow the bundle list.

The available filter options depend on what is available in your organization.

Use filters when you want to focus on a smaller set of bundles instead of scanning the full catalog.

Understand The Bundle Cards

Each bundle card can show details such as:

  • cover image
  • bundle title
  • short description
  • instructor name
  • rating
  • price
  • duration
  • learner or buyer count
  • level

Cards can also show bundle status, such as hidden or draft.

Use the card layout when you want a quick snapshot of each bundle before taking action.

Open A Bundle

Selecting a bundle card opens that bundle inside the Admin Platform.

Use this when you want to review or edit the bundle in more detail.

Create A New Bundle

Use the Create button when you want to add a new bundle.

On the current Admin Platform flow, this opens the bundle creation flow inside the Admin Platform.

Use The Bundle Action Menu

Each bundle card includes an action menu.

Available actions can include:

  • Hide or Unhide
  • Edit
  • Delete

Use these actions when you want to manage one bundle at a time without turning on selected mode.

Hide Or Unhide A Bundle

Use Hide when you want to remove a bundle from normal visibility without deleting it.

If a bundle is already hidden, the menu shows Unhide instead.

OpenMirai asks for confirmation before applying the change.

Edit A Bundle

Use Edit when you want to update the bundle in more detail.

On the current Admin Platform flow, Edit opens the bundle detail or edit area inside the Admin Platform.

Delete A Bundle

Use Delete only when the bundle should be permanently removed.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before deletion.

Use this carefully, because deletion is presented as a permanent action.

Turn On Selected Mode

Use the Selected toggle when you want to work with multiple bundles at once.

In selected mode, you can:

  • choose bundles with checkboxes
  • open the bulk action menu
  • run one action for several selected bundles

This is useful when you need to update a group of bundles instead of handling them one by one.

Use Bulk Bundle Actions

When bundles are selected, OpenMirai can show bulk actions such as:

  • Hide
  • Delete

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before applying these actions.

Use bulk actions carefully, especially when deleting several bundles at once.

When A Bundle Cannot Be Selected

Some bundles may not be available for selection in selected mode.

For example, hidden bundles can appear with selection disabled in the current bundle list.

If that happens, use the individual bundle action menu instead of bulk actions.

If No Bundles Are Found

If the current view does not match any bundles, OpenMirai can show an empty state.

This can happen when:

  • no bundles have been created yet
  • your search does not match any bundle names
  • your filters are too narrow

Try clearing or changing the search and filters to broaden the list.
