Edit a Subscription Plan in the Admin Platform

This guide explains how to edit an existing subscription plan in the Admin Platform.
Use it when you want to:
- update the plan name
- revise the plan description
- review the monthly price
- update the plan feature highlights
- refine how the plan is presented to users
Open The Subscription Plan Editor
You can open the subscription plan editor in two common ways:
- Go to Management > Subscriptions and use the row action menu.
- Open a subscription plan detail page and choose Edit.
OpenMirai then opens the subscription edit page.
Understand The Edit Page
The subscription edit page includes:
- a back button
- a section list for easier navigation
- a save bar
- an About section
- a Pricing section
- a Features section
Use this page when you want to update the plan information without changing the included content from the detail tabs.
Use The Save Bar
The save bar lets you save your updates after reviewing the page.
After saving successfully, OpenMirai returns you to the subscription list.
Update The Plan Name
In the About section, use the Plan Name field to update the subscription plan name.
Use a clear, recognizable name so the plan stays easy to understand in the Admin Platform and wherever it is shown to users.
Update The Plan Description
Use the description editor to revise how the subscription plan is explained.
This description should summarize the plan clearly and help users understand what they get from the subscription.
The page includes a character count to help you keep the description concise.
Review The Pricing Section
The Pricing section shows the subscription’s monthly price and the estimated net amount.
On the edit page, these fields are read-only.
Use this section to review the current price, but not to change it.
Understand Why Price Is Locked
The edit flow keeps the subscription price locked after the plan is created.
Use this as a reminder to review pricing carefully during creation, because the edit page is for plan information and feature presentation, not for changing the subscription amount.
Review The Estimated Net Amount
The pricing section also shows the estimated net amount after the platform’s Stripe fee.
Use this figure as a reference when reviewing the plan, even though it cannot be changed from this page.
Update Plan Features
The Features section lets you update the short feature points shown for the subscription plan.
Use this section to:
- improve the plan summary
- highlight the most important benefits
- make the plan easier to compare with other offers
Reorder Plan Features
OpenMirai lets you reorder the feature list.
Use this when you want the most important benefits to appear first.
Add Or Remove Feature Rows
Use Add more feature to add another feature row.
You can also remove individual feature rows that are no longer needed.
Important detail:
- the plan must keep at least one feature
- the current limit is six features
Use The Section Navigation
The section list helps you move between:
- About
- Pricing
- Features
Use it when you want to jump quickly to the part of the page you still need to review.
If The Page Is Still Loading
When the edit page first opens, OpenMirai can show loading placeholders while it retrieves the current subscription plan details.
Wait until the current values appear before making changes.
If A Field Needs Attention
If required information is missing or invalid, OpenMirai shows validation feedback in the affected field.
Common examples include:
- missing plan name
- missing description
- empty feature rows
- too many feature points
Review the highlighted field, correct it, and save again.
If You Need To Change Included Content
The edit page focuses on the plan information itself.
If you need to add or remove included courses, bundles, or products, return to the subscription detail page and use the Courses, Bundles, or Products tabs there.
If You Leave Before Saving
If you try to leave the page before finishing, OpenMirai can warn you about unsaved changes.
Use this warning as a reminder to save first if you want to keep your updates.
